Most orders are shipped within 1 week via 3 Day Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of the receipt of your order. Puzzle Rings are made to order and may only be exchanged for a different size. Restocking fee may apply depending on the item. Customer is responsible for postage both ways.

In the event of order cancellation, customer should send email within 24 hours of receiving our emailed order confirmation. Cancellation will not be accepted otherwise. If order has been cancelled within 24 hours of receiving our emailed order confirmation and merchandise has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for return postage and item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the order. Refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving returned merchandise.

Can I special order any combination of gold (i.e. yellow gold, white gold, rose gold) on the puzzle rings? Yes! Puzzle rings are all made to order, so if you don't see what you want, please call or email your questions for more information.

Do puzzle rings come in platinum? Yes! Due to the changing market, the platinum prices are not listed. Any puzzle ring can be made to order in platinum. Call or email for a quote on the ring(s) that you are intersted in and include ring size.

Can I order a larger size ring than is listed on the item? On puzzle rings you may order any size, however there is a 10% surcharge for extra large rings (size 10 and over for ladies and over size 13 for men). Other rings may or not be available in larger sizes. Please call or email with the item number and size request.
